Dancing the night away

I just returned from a wonderful weekend away.  I'll post on that soon, but until then let me do some back-blogging.  

Do you remember in my birthday post when I said that I would share about birthday celebration #2?  Ok so that celebration came a few days after my real birthday when my friend Neil came back to the city!  

Neil is a great friend and really like an older brother to me. Sadly he had to move to Dallas a few months ago for his job.  He came back for a visit and we made the most of it for a fun night out.

 And then downtown we went.  Since I have been in the city it has become a tradition to go out dancing for my birthday.  This has proved to be great fun year after year and this year was no different!

 Have you noticed "flannel boys"  in the background of all our pics?  Yes, don't know them but they managed to make their way in to our group. Had quite the funny conversation with one of them, but I won't go in to that! 

We came out hot and sweaty from dancing, but what a great time it was!
