Tonight!

Day #17

Tonight I went to the Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center to see my friend Adam perform the lead role in Madama Butterfly.  

It was a beautiful performance and my favorite opera thus far!  

After the opera Amy and I headed downtown to celebrate my friend Misty's 30th Birthday!

Misty is one of my dearest friends in the city. She is a singer/performer and has been in Australia on a cruise ship performing for the last 3 months.  It was so fun to be reunited and celebrate the beginning of a new decade!
