The Next 30 Years

My awesome friend Amy R made me a great Birthday mix! I was listening to it tonight when Tim McGraw's "My Next 30 years" came on.  Tim Mcraw said it best:

I think I'll take a moment, celebrate my age
The ending of an era and the turning of a page
Now it's time to focus in on where I go from here
Lord have mercy on my next thirty years

I'm closing down one decade and starting a new one!  I've gone through lots of ups and downs in my 20's. I moved around, had many roommates, worked different jobs, traveled alot, had many incredible experiences, made new friends, laughed alot, cried alot, and lived life to the fullest! 

I can look back and think of all the things I would change about my life.  We all can do that.  But if I'm honest with myself,  I've had a pretty full and exciting 10 years.  Maybe it's not the story I would have written or the path I would have chosen to take, but it is what it is and I really do believe God has worked in and through my life.  

It's definitely been an adventure and I definitely won't ever forget this decade of coming into my own skin.  The 20's are a lot of changes and a lot of learning who you.  It's definitely been that for me.  But now I say good-bye and pray for what is next.  Everyone tells me that the 30's are better.  We. Will. See!
