Where my Mind is....

I'm at work right now.  I should be doing all the things I'm supposed to be doing at work, but my mind is in so many places right now.  So instead of actually working, I think I will blog about all the other things I am thinking about.....

• how confusing my job can be at times.  Sometimes i like to think of it as a logistical nightmare....so many services, so many locations, so many people to oversee. sometimes I feel like I am going in circles and can never catch up
• how instead of thinking about working I would love to be roasting smores on the campfire and tubing down the Delaware River like I was this past weekend.  It was so beautiful, so fun, and do peaceful.  
• How much dirty laundry is piled in my closet that I need to go home and wash.  
• How hot midtown is in NYC.  I mean I love hot weather, but this is intense for June 1. 
• My missions trip to South Africa and how I really need to begin raising support.  
• My upcoming beach weekend with friends.  I don't think Friday can get here soon enough.  
• the fact that I haven't flown in 4 months.  That is record for me since moving to NYC
• My friend Neil who is moving out of the city and how sad I am that it's really happening.  
• How I really need to go by the Met's Store and buy tickets to the Yankees/Mets game for my parents and I when they come to visit.  
• My sister and brother-in-law and the meeting they have today
• Fellowship Group last night and how incredibly amazing and hard it was to listen to our guest speaker share her story (more on that later) 
• How much I wish I could just take the day off when it is so beautiful outside.  
• How thankful I am for g chat and Pandora at work
• How distracted I really am in every area of my life right now.
