The Creator

I lift my eyes to the mountains from where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2

Thus says the Lord; "Heaven is my throne and, and the earth is my footstool. What is the house that you would build for me, and what is the place of my rest? All these things my hand has made, and so all these things came to be," declares the Lord.
 Isaiah 66:1-2

Thus says God, the Lord, who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and what comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it; "I am the Lord, I have called you in righteousness, I will take you by the hand and keep you."  Isaiah 42:5-6
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways", declares the Lord. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your  ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."
Isaiah 55:8-9

From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised! The Lord is high above all the nations, and his glory above the heavens. Psalm 113: 3-4
I need to be reminded so often of the great God that I serve.  I love these pictures that I took last week.  May I know and believe that He is God. He is powerful and reigns above all.  AND that same God loves me.  He cares for me and holds me close to his heart, never forgetting that I am there and never letting me go.  Thank you great and mighty God for choosing me to be your child!
