The Holidays

In the midst of wanting so badly to blog through my Cape Town trip, I feel like I am leaving out so many other things I want to blog about.  I mean the Christmas season has been in full swing with so many Christmasy things happening. One of them was the UWS Womens Fellowship group Christmas party we had last week at my sweet friends, the Taylor family home!  It was such a great night with lots of food, wine, a little secret/dirty santa action and lots of good conversations.  Perryn beat me to blogging about it, so I am going to just let you check out her cute little blog to read all about it.  I really love these girls.  The longer I live in NYC, the more thankful I am for such amazing community!  It's a rare treasure in a big city!  

And guess who is sleeping across the hall from me right now?????  

to give you a hint.  she is 2 months old, has the chubbiest cheeks ever, and might be the cutest baby in the world to me right now.  

Yes I am home for the HOLIDAYS!  

2 weeks in the deep south.  

Thanks to a very gracious boss, I was able to fly south a little early and work from here so that I could be here for a very special day tomorrow!(more on that later!)

The 2 weeks will be filled with 3 states, some work, lots of family time, seeing some of my greatest friends, rest, fun, soaking up as much time with chubby cheeks, and lots of Christmasy things!
