You transport crafts for Vacation Bible School in a granny cart!
It was 5:30PM my roommate Perryn (who is in charge of VBS crafts) and I needed to be at the W83rd ministry center for the Redeemer VBS leaders meeting. We had two big heavy boxes of crafts to transport from 9A and we both thought "no big deal". That is until we were walking out the door and I tried to lift one of the boxes. "Ummmmm I don't think this is going to work Perryn" so plan B came into action and the granny cart came in to use once again. Crafts were unboxed, the cart was filled to the brim, and the 6 blocks were walked with crafts for 150+ children. 2 people steering, 1 run over toe, a few fallen crafts in the middle of the street, and some occasional near wrecks but we made it. That my friends is what real city life looks like.
Yes a car would have been nice, but then again life wouldn't be nearly as exciting.
