As usual she was a great help with the shower (she's been up here for 3 showers in the last year)
Other than shower stuff we went to see Annie on Broadway. This literally has been my dream since I was a child. I mean as a kid I was obsessed with the movie. So when I saw it was back on broadway I knew my mom and I had to go.
It really was a great show and a great night out with my mom
The rest of the weekend was pretty chill.
Thankfully my mom has been here so many times that she enjoys just spending time in my neighbhorhood and doing my normal life with me.
we went and got mani/pedi's (thanks amy), ate at our favorite restaurants, played with the Taylor girls, made a little trip to the village, and went to church
On Sunday I was introduced officially as Redeemers West Side Children's Director.
Being on stage is not my thing, but it was special to be announced and prayed for.
My new position has stretched me and challenged me in new and hard ways, but I'm thankful for this opportunity the Lord has given me to serve His kingdom in this role.

It's always nice to have family visiting.
Thanks Mom for coming.
Looking forward to summer when a cetain toddler family member is coming for her 2nd big apple trip:-)
