Ashley and Christian

I said good-bye to another friend yesterday.  It feels like the past year of my life has been one good-bye after another.  It's almost laughable how many of my friends have moved away/are moving away......but then it's not.  Because saying good-bye is hard. Change is hard. This has been a year of lots of change for me and lots of learning what it means to really cling to the Lord in the midst of lots of good-byes (or should i see "see you laters") 

My friend Ashley moved back to her home country of Australia yesterday!  She was such a sweet friend and hosted the best parties.  She was so great at gathering our friends together for weekend brunches or themed parties.  Amy described Ashley so well HERE. 

Before she moved I did a quick enagement shoot of her and her fiance Christian in the winter wonderland of Central Park.  They are such a cute couple and were fun to photograph. (even if it was 20 degrees outside)
